Fees paid for naturopathic services, including dietary supplements prescribed by a naturopathic physician, are covered by Flexible Spending Plans. Dr. Heller can provide you with a receipt which you can submit to your flexible spending plan for reimbursement.

Dr. Heller’s fees are comparable to those of other naturopathic doctors in the Bay Area. Naturopathic medical care is one of the great bargains in the world of health care, because by working with me, you will acquire self-care tools that will allow you to remain healthier for life, and my therapies are always guided towards prevention. However, I realize that, with the cost of health insurance taking ever-larger bites out of personal and family budgets, and with the current economic and financial climate, not everyone is able to afford to pay out of pocket for naturopathic medicine. My goal is to make natural health care accessible to as many people as possible. For those who cannot afford my usual fees, a special fee schedule is available to those with proof of low income or of extenuating circumstances. Because my time and knowledge have value, I do not give my services away – and have found that people place more value on services for which they’ve paid, compared to those that are given for free. The purpose of a reduced fee schedule is not to offer a bargain but to truly serve those that the current health care regime and economic climate has served poorly.
