Stamford Center for Natural Health is located on the first floor of 111 High Ridge Road (“ High Ridge Plaza ”), just up the street from the Bull's Head Shopping Plaza , and across the street from Lord and Taylor. Enter from the lower parking lot, through glass door between Today's Kitchens and Award Antiques. If you park in upper parking lot between the two buildings, enter through glass door and proceed to elevator. You are on the second floor, take the elevator down to the first floor.

From New York and Greenwich on Merritt Parkway
Take Exit 35 / High Ridge Road. Make a right onto High Ridge Road, continuing approximately two miles. 111 High Ridge Road (“High Ridge Plaza) will be on your left, across from Lord and Taylor Department Store. Stamford Center for Natural Health is on the first floor of 111 High Ridge Road – the lower level that also houses the Oreck Vacuum Store. If you park on the lower level, go through the glass door between Award Antiques and Today's Kitchen. If you park between the two buildings, you are entering on the second floor, and will need to take the elevator down to the first floor.
From New Haven and Norwalk on Merritt Parkway
Take exit 35, High Ridge Road. Make a right onto High Ridge Road. Stay on High Ridge Road for about 2 miles. 111 High Ridge Rd (“High Ridge Plaza) is on your left, across from Lord and Taylor Department Store. Stamford Center for Natural Health is on the first floor of 111 High Ridge Road – the lower level that also houses the Oreck Vacuum Store. . If you park on the lower level, go through the glass door between Award Antiques and Today's Kitchen. If you park between the two buildings, you are entering on the second floor, and will need to take the elevator down to the first floor.

Take exit 8/Atlantic Street. Make a left (going under freeway) onto Atlantic St. After about 1/2 mile, Atlantic St turns into Bedford St. Continue straight on Bedford which will terminate where you can make a right onto High Ridge Road (there is a liquor store on the corner on your right). 111 High Ridge Rd (“High Ridge Plaza) is about a quarter mile on your right; you can actually make a right on Halpin Ave, which goes to the right of 111 High Ridge Rd, and then make a left into the parking lot. 111 High Ridge Rd is the lower building, the first one you see coming from this direction. Stamford Center for Natural Health is on the first floor of 111 High Ridge Road – the lower level that also houses the Oreck Vacuum Store. . Take exit 7/Atlantic Street. Make a right turn onto Atlantic Street.
